PAYMENT PROCESS

★ Payment will be made exclusively through PayPal and BEFORE any preview or progress is shown.

★ Refunds or cancellations of commissions are not accepted.

                                                      PLACING ORDERS                                                     

​

★ If you want the commission completed by a specific date, you must communicate this BEFORE placing the order to confirm availability. Otherwise, the commission may be delivered late, and no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

​

★ I reserve the right to refuse a commission either because I do not feel capable of drawing what is requested or because I am not comfortable drawing it. This applies as long as the order has not yet been placed.

​

★ Visual references for poses, expressions, lighting, etc., are appreciated, but the only really important reference is the character design itself. Contrary to what many might think, providing as many details as possible often makes the work easier. :)

                                                 DURING THE PROCESS

★ The client may request to see work-in-progress (WIPs), as long as this does not become a constant or daily request. The client will be consulted about any changes before they are made.​​

                                                                  RIGHTS                                                            

​

★ The client must understand that I have the right to upload the final result of the commission to my social media, as I will still retain the copyright of the work; the client will only have usage rights.

​

★ The use of the commissioned product is limited to PERSONAL use only, which means it cannot be used for selling prints or any other type of commercial use. If you want it for commercial use, the price will be adjusted accordingly, so you must notify me if you intend to commercialize the product.

​

​CLARIFICATION: Personal use includes profile pictures on social media, banners, and publishing it as long as you do not claim to be the author. If there are any questions about this, please feel free to contact me.

​

★ Removing the small signature from the drawing is prohibited; it will always be discreetly placed so as not to interfere with the artwork. The large, visible signature can be moved or have its opacity reduced, though it's appreciated if this is not done.

​

★ While it's not necessary to tag or mention me when posting the drawing, it's strictly forbidden to claim copyright over it, as the work remains mine even though the client has usage rights.

 

★ You may modify the drawing with filters, text, or by changing its scale. Please contact me for any other modifications.

                                                              DELIVERY                                                            

​

★ The delivery will be made via Google Drive, in a .PNG file with 4K resolution (or customized as long as it doesn't exceed 4000 pixels). This file may be deleted due to lack of cloud storage space, so the client is responsible for downloading and saving it upon receipt.​​

​

★ The commission will typically take around 2 weeks: this may vary depending on my availability, which is primarily influenced by my studies or any unexpected issues. If there is any delay, I guarantee that I will keep the client informed. I ask for your understanding if this occurs.
